The vestry is the representation of the church with regard to all matters regarding the fulfillment of its mission and maintenance of its property. Vestry members are elected by church members at the Annual Parish Meeting. The basic responsibilities of the vestry are to help fulfill the mission of the church by word and action and to manage resources and finances.
